You can track your order by going to My Orders in your account. Click on any order to see detailed tracking information including preparation time and delivery status.

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) - pay when you receive your order. Credit and debit card payments will be available very soon! We're working hard to bring you more convenient payment options.

Delivery time varies based on your location and the restaurant's preparation time. The vendor handles the delivery directly to ensure your food arrives fresh and hot. You'll receive updates throughout the preparation and delivery process.

You cannot modify an order after placing it. However, you can cancel your order before the vendor accepts it and place a new one with your changes. If the vendor has already accepted your order, you'll need to contact them directly to cancel and create a new order.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us immediately through the app or call our support line. We'll resolve the issue quickly and may offer a refund or replacement.

You can add or edit delivery addresses in the My Addresses section of your account. Make sure to set your preferred address as default for faster checkout.

We're constantly expanding our delivery areas. Enter your address during checkout to see if we deliver to your location. If not, we're probably coming soon!

You can cancel your order before the vendor accepts it through the My Orders section in your account. Once the vendor accepts the order and starts preparation, you'll need to contact them directly to request cancellation.

Delivery fees vary by restaurant and location. You'll see all fees clearly displayed before confirming your order. Some restaurants offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount.
